When you place an order you make a binding offer to buy at the price shown. The contract is formed once we confirm and accept your payment.

Full payment is due at the time of order. Ownership passes to you once payment has cleared and your order is dispatched or vaulted.

Because bullion is priced against a live market, cancellations are handled as a buy-back at the prevailing rate rather than a price refund.
