GULD.COM is operated by Reserva Europe AB, a company registered in Sweden under corporate registration number 559536-2806. These terms govern your access to and use of www.guld.com and all services offered through it.

By accessing the site, creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

GULD.COM is an e-commerce platform for the purchase and secure storage of investment-grade gold, silver, platinum and palladium from authorised mints and refiners. The site also publishes educational material and live market information.

Through an account on the platform you can:

• Browse the catalogue, add products to a basket and complete checkout.
• Complete identity verification. Know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks are carried out through Sumsub, which loads its verification widget in your browser.
• Pay by card or bank transfer. Payments are processed by Mollie B.V., a regulated payment service provider.
• Hold purchased metal in vault storage, request physical delivery, or request release of your holdings.
• Review your order history, account details and current verification status in your account dashboard.

Product availability, pricing and premiums follow live market prices and stock levels and may change without notice. Every order is subject to our acceptance, to confirmation of payment and to successful identity verification. Nothing offered through the platform constitutes investment, financial, tax or legal advice.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our systems or another user account.
• Interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site.
• Introduce malware or any other harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Harvest data from the site by automated means without our written consent.

Where you register an interest or subscribe to updates, you consent to receiving commercial communications from GULD.COM about products, market information and services. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by writing to privacy@guld.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect transactional messages about orders you have already placed.

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Swedish Data Protection Act (2018:218) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR. How we collect, use and retain your data is set out in our Privacy Notice.

The site links to and integrates services operated by third parties, including our payment and identity-verification providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy notice.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that market information displayed on it is complete or current. This clause does not limit the statutory rights of consumers.

To the extent permitted by law, Reserva Europe AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from movements in the price of precious metals. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.

You agree to indemnify Reserva Europe AB against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or from your unlawful use of the site.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

We may amend these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Where these terms conflict with our Privacy Notice on a matter concerning personal data, the Privacy Notice prevails.
